SwissBullion.eu offers clients the option to store precious metals holdings in Switzerland. All items purchased are allocated directly to each client. Clients may at any point sell their holdings back to us, collect their items from our storage facility in Zurich, or request delivery. Please see the following details below:
Storage Locations
SwissBullion.eu offers storage in Zurich, Switzerland. All goods are fully insured while in storage. All goods stored on behalf of customers will be fully allocated in the Swiss vaults until such a time when the client requests otherwise.
Storage Fees
SwissBullion.eu offers clients 180 days of free storage upon placing an order on our platform. Thereafter, all storage accounts are subject to the following fees:

Precious metals storage is invoiced monthly in advance, and all storage billing is maintained directly within client accounts. No storage invoices are sent via email or via post. Clients may place money on account to cover the storage fees, or they may set up a direct debit to cover the annual storage costs. All storage accounts are subject to a minimum monthly fee of 25 CHF /25 EUR / 25 USD / 20 GBP, depending on the currency in which the order was placed.
SwissBullion.eu uses the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) previous month's average price for gold, silver, platinum and palladium in order to calculate storage invoices.
Allocation of Precious Metals
All bullion that is stored in our Swiss vaults is physically allocated at the time of purchase.
Collection from Vault / Delivery / Sale
Should clients decide that they no longer wish to hold precious metals in storage, the following options are possible:
- Collection from Vault
- Clients may collect items directly from our vaults in Zurich. This service is subject to a vault collection fee. Clients may request collection from our vaults by contacting a member of staff directly to set up an appointment for collection.
- Delivery
- Clients may at any time request delivery of their holdings in Switzerland. SwissBullion.eu uses Swiss Post's priority mail service in order to deliver orders within Switzerland. In addition to regular shipping fees, additional 'vault delivery' fees apply. Clients outside of Switzerland may also request delivery to any country which SwissBullion.eu offers delivery to, including all of Europe. Please note that we cannot offer delivery to all countries. If you have any queries, you may contact us directly. Client's may request delivery of their items from storage by logging into their account and requesting delivery.
- Sale of Holdings
- SwissBullion.eu guarantees to purchase back any holdings stored in our vaults from clients at any time. Clients may request to sell their holdings back to us directly from their account when logged in. When items have been sold back to SwissBullion.eu - clients may then elect to have their funds wired back to them, or to leave their funds on accout for future purchases.
